OrthoProof Australasia has established a pre-paid, overnight, satchel based delivery service with Australian Air Express. When you are ready to start sending cases, please contact us and we will organise the delivery of satchels with pre-printed Consignment Notes for your use.

Call 13 12 13 quoting OrthoProof’s account number which is provided on the Consignment Note and a courier will collect the package from your practice. Pick up is available until quite late in the day, but you will need to find out the exact cut-off time for your practice from Australian Air Express as this time varies with the location of the practice. The package will be delivered to us overnight from anywhere in Australia.

Pre-printed OrthoProof Digital Order Form

OrthoProof has developed a pre-printed Digital Model Order Form. These are supplied in pads, and should be completed in duplicate, one copy accompanying the impressions, the other retained for your records.

Packing and Handling

Place the impressions into a sealed snap-lock bag and refrigerate until ready to be shipped. Please ensure that the bite is securely wrapped and protected for the journey, a protective casing can be provided.

Fill in the pre-numbered, duplicate Digital Order Form provided by OrthoProof ensuring all the relevant details are correct and place into the dry pouch on the side of the snap lock bag.

Place up to 4 sealed snap lock bags into overnight satchel and arrange for dispatch.

Please note that if two or more cases are sent at the one time, OrthoProof will pay the cost of the freight. Single case shipments by prior arrangement.
